The Dining cross leg dining table from our Zanzibar collection is a durable and all-weather teak dining table with a contemporary design. It is built with a solid and heavy-weight construction, ensuring its ability to withstand all weather conditions. The premium teak material provides a natural beauty that ages gracefully into a silvery grey hue over time, adding a touch of timeless charm to your outdoor setting.

Care & Maintenance

Outdoor Wood Teak & Iroko

Iroko or Teak is a hardwood that is quite resistant to insects and rot. It is able to withstand exposure to the elements due to its naturally high oil content. When left to age outdoors, it typically turns a beautiful silverish grey over time. It is still important to keep up maintenance on your Iroko or Teak wood furniture to extend its lifespan. When not in use, we recommend covering your pieces, or storing them under cover. To maintain your pieces, all that is needed is a light sanding with fine steelwool or fine sandpaper every 3 months which will keep the wood clean and smooth to touch . If you must, for added protection, we recommend our Deep Wood Feeder Product made by Studio Antqiues, available on request. Please note : this may change the colour.

Beyond Cape Town areas we use a preferred service provider which we have selected and entrusted who deliver anywhere within South Africa and abroad. Delivery to Cape Town & Surrounds:

The Block & Chisel Delivery Service includes unpack, product assembly, and placement, third-party service providers may differ. Please clear the space before we arrive. Excludes hoisting and carry furniture beyond the 3rd floor unless an elevator is available.

Delivery to Greater South Africa:

Delivery handled by our Outsourced Logistics Partners is curbside only unless otherwise arranged. This service does not include assembly or package removal unless arranged.

Pick Up:

Pick Up of online purchases may be done at our Cape Town warehouse only. Pick up from our Jhb Illovo store will incur a small subsidized in-transit Cape Town to Jhb cost.
