We’re open for business under Level 3 regulations

We're open and ready to receive you. From Wednesday, 3 June, we will extend our hours to 10am - 4pm weekdays and 9am - 2pm on Saturdays (Illovo only 9am - 3pm on Saturdays). All our stores are operating under very strict safety conditions in accordance with government regulations. This is far from business as usual, so we want to update you on what you can expect should you choose to visit.

IT'S BUSINESS unUSUAL
As we are operating according to lockdown regulations, your in-store experience will be a little different. Here's what you can expect: 

IN-STORE SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- Our amazing staff contingent will be operating behind masks and adhering to social distancing practises at all times. They are ready to receive you and assist you with your query in store.

- Both stores are stand-alone and we offer free parking, so you can drive in and browse the store without touching a thing.

- We ask that you wear a mask and accept the hand-sanitiser offered to you at the entrance to our stores. 

- The stores themselves will be carefully sanitised throughout so that they are as clean as they are beautiful.

- Store access will be limited to ensure we can all maintain the required one-and-a-half metres from each other at all times. Capacity will vary for each store.

- Each store will have a designated compliance officer who will be overseeing these safety protocols. Should you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask any of our staff members to speak to this person.

Want to view a piece, but concerned about coming in? We encourage you to get in touch with the store nearest you to ensure that our staff can take care of your request remotely by sending you images and dimensions and offering you insight into the piece generally. Due to regulations requiring a reduced number of people per square feet, decor consultants will be operating on a rotational basis. Therefore, for a swift response, we suggest getting in touch with the stores via the contact details below.

OUR WORKSHOP IS OPEN
All the Designed by Sibley and Made by Block & Chisel collections are currently being manufactured at our Cape Town workshop under strict safety protocol. 

DELIVERY
Our teams and clients are of the highest priority to us. To help flatten the curve and reduce the spread of COVID-19, we’ve put stringent measures in place in our warehouse, workshop and delivery process so that you may have peace of mind when you shop with us.
